Two Big Shows & Winter!

Last week was a blur. But a good kind of blur.
So, we flew into NYC last Monday and played a free, "secret" Holiday show, which was nothing short of an amazing experience. <sarcasm> We also did some pretty unusual and refreshing things that we've never done before...like went to Starbucks and H&M a lot </sarcasm>. But for real, we saw the big Christmas tree thing, and the Washington Square monument...which are two things we've always wanted to do.

Story time: I saw a dog owner trying to detach his dog's tongue from a light post because apparently he licked it and it got stuck. The end.

We flew back Wednesday and had a hometown show with Cartel on Friday, in Atlanta. Not to de-value the previous hometown shows we've played, but this one was on a completely different level. The crowd response, and excitement level was seriously off the chart. Plus, we missed our friends in Cartel quite a bit. I know it's cliche to say, but it was a pinnacle night for us and easily one of the best shows we've played in our careers. We'll remember that one for the rest of our lives.

As for the future. well...we'll talk about that very soon. This entry is already three paragraphs longer than planned.

Happy Holidays. Eat. Drink. Party. Love. Love.
